BAIC accessories — off-road BJ and on-road BEIJING

The BAIC range includes two different types of car. The BJ series are boxy off-roaders that often work away from the tarmac. The BEIJING models are SUVs for everyday driving in town and on longer journeys. GrizzGlass films from the Polish company GRIZZ, based in Ostrów Wielkopolski, take this difference into account — on the BJ off-roaders the priority is durable sills, on the BEIJING models it is more about the look of the pillars and a clean screen.

BAIC BJ30 and BJ60 accessories — sill film for off-road use

On off-roaders, the sills and boot lip take the hardest knocks: mud, gravel, branches and the shoes of passengers getting out. HeavyDuty is a thick door sill protection film — matte, 0.8 mm thick, with a textured finish, in Clear, White and Black. It absorbs impacts, hides existing scratches and chips, and copes with brush car washes too. For the BJ off-roaders it is available for the sills and the boot lip.

BodyShield, a clear paint protection film, protects the sills, pillars, door handle cups, headlights and boot lip on these models. For the pillars you can additionally choose the black BodyShield Black or the carbon-look BodyShield Carbon.

Carbon pillar film for the BEIJING 3, 5 and 7

On BEIJING SUVs, glossy pillars quickly pick up micro-scratches. BodyShield Carbon carbon-look film or the black BodyShield Black refreshes them and gives the body a distinctive accent, and a carbon protector also fits the boot lip. Clear BodyShield protects the sills, door handle cups, headlights and boot lip. HeavyDuty is also available for these cars. The mirrors of BEIJING models are protected by ZeroDrop — a hydrophilic anti-rain film on which water spreads out in a thin layer. The product name states the exact range of parts for a given model and model year.

The ceramic version of CarDisplay Protection keeps colours and touch sensitivity intact, while the matte one reduces glare — handy in an off-roader with large windows.
