Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days to return the product without giving any reason!
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts from the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product should be:
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Complete, with all accessories and documentation
- Unused, without signs of use
Condition of Returned Products
The returned product should be in the same condition as when you received it. You are welcome to open it, try it on and inspect it — that's completely normal. We just ask that the product comes back to us in perfect condition, ready for resale.
If a product shows signs of use or damage, we need to sell it at a reduced outlet price. In such cases, the refund amount will be reduced accordingly:
- 20% – minor signs of use
- 35% – visible damage
- 50% – significant damage affecting functionality
How to Make a Return?
- Send a withdrawal statement to info@homescreen.pl
- You will receive confirmation of return acceptance with instructions
- Pack the product safely and send it to the indicated address
- After receiving and verifying the product, we will process the return
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Money will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you explicitly agree to a different refund method.
Return Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products manufactured to the consumer's specifications or to meet individualized needs
- Products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons
