Galaxy A24 LTE

Galaxy A24 LTE — design that matters for accessories

The Galaxy A24 LTE is a model from the Samsung Galaxy A20 series. It has a flat 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with 1080 × 2340 resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The front camera sits in a teardrop notch at the top of the screen. The body measures 162.1 × 77.6 × 8.3 mm and weighs about 195 g; the back and frame are plastic, and the rear panel has a glossy finish.

There is no classic camera island on the back — the three lenses (50 MP main) protrude individually and are surrounded by metallic rings. The fingerprint reader is built into the power button on the side of the body. The phone charges via USB-C at up to 25 W and has a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Galaxy A24 LTE cases

Because the reader is in the side button, the case must have a cut-out there or a very thin cover — otherwise unlocking with your finger becomes awkward. The range includes:

• silicone cases in many colours, soft to the touch and protecting the glossy back from scratches,
• rugged cases with reinforced corners and a rim around the cameras,
• cases with a finger grip, which also works as a stand for watching videos,
• cases with a sliding camera cover as well as clear and matte cases.

You will find cases for this model from Bizon, 3MK and Nillkin, among others.

Tempered glass and film for the Galaxy A24 LTE

Screen protection

The flat AMOLED screen works well with both tempered and hybrid glass. Films are an alternative: hydrogel (flexible and adhering well at the edges), ceramic (stiffer) and matte film that reduces glare. For those who want to hide the screen from the person next to them on the bus, there is matte privacy glass.

Camera and back

Individually protruding lenses are what most often touches the table, so camera glass is worth considering. A back film protects the glossy panel if you use the phone without a case. Glass and films are offered by GrizzGlass, 3MK and Bizon, among others.

How to choose accessories for the Galaxy A24 LTE

• Compatibility — the Galaxy A24 LTE has different dimensions from the Galaxy A23 LTE and Galaxy A25 5G, so accessories for these models are not interchangeable.
• Grip — if you prefer to keep a thin case, you can stick a separate finger grip to the back of the case.
• Charging — for the full 25 W you need a USB-C charger with Samsung fast charging support (USB PD with PPS); you will find them among our wall chargers.

Frequently asked questions

Are the Galaxy A24 LTE and Galaxy A24 4G the same phone?

Does screen glass affect the fingerprint reader?

No. The reader is in the side button, so neither glass nor film on the screen affects unlocking.
