Honor Magic4 Lite
When choosing Honor Magic4 Lite accessories, protecting the large screen matters most. A hydrogel film made for the 6.81-inch LCD display guards it against scratches, and the thin layer doesn't interfere with touch or with the fingerprint sensor in the power button.
The Magic4 Lite has different dimensions from the Honor Magic4, so choose products with the full model name.

Honor Magic4 Lite — what you need to know before choosing accessories
The Magic4 Lite is the more affordable version in the Magic4 series. It has a large 6.81-inch IPS LCD screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a centrally placed front camera punch-hole. The body measures around 166 × 75.8 × 8 mm and weighs 189 g, and the back and frame are plastic. The back is dominated by a large, round camera module with a 48 MP main lens, and the fingerprint sensor is built into the power button on the side. The phone charges via USB-C at up to 66 W.
In some countries the same phone was sold as the Honor X30 or Honor X9 5G.
Honor Magic4 Lite hydrogel film
Over time the screen glass picks up micro-scratches, especially when the phone goes into a pocket together with keys. Hydrogel film is a thin, flexible layer that adheres to the entire glass surface and reaches close to the edges. Its advantages on this model:
- it doesn't reduce touch sensitivity,
- the fingerprint sensor is in the side button, so a film on the screen doesn't affect unlocking,
- minor scratches on its surface usually smooth out over time,
- it is thin enough not to clash with the lip of most cases.
How to apply hydrogel film
Before fitting, clean and degrease the screen, and pick up dust particles with tape. Align the film with the front camera punch-hole, stick it down from the top and smooth it towards the bottom. Any remaining small bubbles usually disappear within a day.
What to look out for when buying Magic4 Lite accessories
The Magic4 name covers several different phones. The Honor Magic4 has an OLED screen of the same size but a different body (around 163.6 × 74.5 × 8.8 mm), so its accessories don't fit the Lite version. Likewise, the Honor Magic5 Lite is a separate model with different dimensions. All models in the series are gathered in the Honor Magic4 Series category. When buying protection from other manufacturers, check that the description mentions the Magic4 Lite or its equivalent.
Charging and universal accessories
The phone supports wired charging at up to 66 W. When choosing a replacement power adapter, check that it supports Honor's fast-charging protocol — this determines whether the phone reaches full power. If the original adapter or cable has worn out, you will find a replacement in the wall chargers and USB-A to USB-C cables categories. For the car, a mount from the car mounts category will come in handy — with a phone almost 76 mm wide, choose a model with a wide arm range.
Frequently asked questions
Does an Honor Magic4 film fit the Magic4 Lite?
No. Both phones have a 6.81-inch screen, but they differ in body dimensions and display area, so the film won't line up with the edges.
Does hydrogel film interfere with unlocking the phone?
No — the Magic4 Lite has its fingerprint sensor in the power button, not under the screen.
