The smaller of the two Pixel Watch 5 cases measures 41 mm and has a narrower strap catch than the larger version. That is the only difference that really decides your purchase: a strap from the 45 mm model will not slide into this case, however identical it looks in a photo. Before ordering, check the size engraved on the back of the watch or in the system settings.

Which wrist it suits

The 41 mm version works best on a slimmer arm — the dial does not extend beyond the wrist outline and the watch catches less on a cuff. It also has a slightly lighter case, which is noticeable when wearing it around the clock, for example when using sleep tracking. If you are torn between the sizes, remember that a smaller case also means a smaller screen area — dials with many indicators read more tightly.
