Accessories for iPad Pro 13-inch 2024 (M4, OLED)

iPad Pro 13" 2024 is the seventh generation of the large iPad Pro — the first with an Ultra Retina XDR OLED (tandem OLED) display, the M4 chip and a thickness of just 5.1 mm. It is the thinnest Apple device ever.

New design — not compatible with older cases

iPad Pro 13" 2024 has completely different dimensions from the iPad Pro 12.9" of previous years (it is more than 1 mm thinner and slightly narrower). Cases for the iPad Pro 12.9" 2021/2022 do not fit. The 2025 model (M4, 8th gen) keeps the same dimensions.

Accessory types

• Smart case — magnetic cover, sleep/wake, stand
• Back cases — compatible with Magic Keyboard (new generation)
• 9H tempered glass — protection for the OLED display
• Matte paperlike films — a paper texture for Apple Pencil Pro

What to look out for

At 5.1 mm, the iPad Pro 13" is extremely thin — a case with raised edges effectively protects against cracks when dropped. Apple Pencil Pro attaches magnetically to the top edge, and Magic Keyboard (new generation) connects via the Smart Connector on the back.

Smaller model: iPad Pro 11" 2024. Older generations: iPad Pro 12.9" 2022, 12.9" 2021.
