Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on the selected method and destination country. Free shipping thresholds vary by country — for example, 100 PLN in Poland and €300 in Germany. You'll see the exact price and free shipping threshold for your country during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time depends on product availability - check the shipping time on the product page. Once shipped, courier delivery takes 1-2 business days within Poland, 3-7 business days to other European countries.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, after shipping your order you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the order status in your account.
Returns
How long do I have to return a product?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return a product without giving any reason. The product must be in original packaging, complete and unused.
How do I make a return?
Send a withdrawal statement to info@homescreen.pl, then pack the product and send it to the indicated address. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
When will I receive my refund?
By law, we have 14 days to process refunds after receiving the returned product, but we try to handle them as quickly as possible — usually within a few business days. Money will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments through Stripe, giving you access to many payment methods: cards (Visa, Mastercard and more), BLIK, Klarna (including pay in 30 days option), Google Pay, Apple Pay and many others. Cash on delivery is also available (domestic orders only).
Are payments secure?
Yes, all transactions are secured with SSL certificate. We don't store your card details - they are processed directly by the payment operator.
Orders
How can I check my order status?
Log in to your account and go to 'My Orders' section. There you'll find the current status of all your orders along with tracking numbers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@homescreen.pl. We'll try to make changes or cancel the order.
Can I order with an invoice?
Yes, during checkout you can select the VAT invoice option and enter company details. The invoice will be sent to the provided email address.

Are the products original?
Yes, we offer only original high-quality products. We work directly with authorized distributors.
Do you offer warranty on products?
All products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty and statutory guarantee. If you have any problems, please contact us.
