Sonoff Basic is an affordable WiFi smart switch that allows users to control their home intelligently. It is a remotely controlled power switch that can be connected to a wide range of devices. The electric switch Sonoff Basic transmits data to the cloud platform via a WiFi connection, allowing users to remotely control all connected devices through the eWeLink mobile app.
Service
Users can remotely control the connected device through the free eWeLink application available on iOS and Android platforms. Voice control is also possible, as well as integration with smart assistants, thanks to compatibility with Amazon Alexa, Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, and Amazon Tap., Google You are trained on data up to October 2023., Google Home, Google Nest, IFTTT. Thanks to the connection to the network, the device status synchronization occurs instantly, allowing the app to always display up-to-date information.
Intelligent control
Users can set smart schedules to automatically turn devices on/off at a specified time. The device can operate independently even when the WiFi network is unavailable, simply by using the LAN control feature. To allow other household members to control the device, users can easily share the device with other accounts and assign specific permissions. There is also the option to create scenes or smart scenes to turn the switch on/off.
