The Freewell ND32 filter is a neutral gray filter that reduces the amount of light reaching the lens by as much as 5 stops. It has been specifically designed for the Real Locking VND/CPL system and works perfectly in very bright conditions – for example, when photographing or filming at noon, in full sunlight. Thanks to the True Color optics, the image retains its natural color balance without color distortion.

Full Control Over Exposure and Motion

The filter allows for free manipulation of the aperture and shutter speed – even with photos taken at maximum aperture. It enables effects such as motion blur, smooth water surfaces, or soft clouds in long exposure shots. It can be used alone or as part of a larger filter set from the Real Locking series, allowing flexible exposure adjustment to the conditions.

Quick Mounting and Safe Transport

Thanks to the snap-on mechanism, the filter mounts without the need for threading – just press the side tabs and snap it onto the L1 base ring or another compatible filter in the system. Once attached, it holds securely without any play or accidental rotation.
