MEROSS MRS200MA-EU is an intelligent roller shade motor that, thanks to support for the Matter standard, ensures full compatibility with Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings systems.
Equipped with a motor with a maximum lifting force of 45 kg, it easily handles most standard shades, and the automatic calibration function precisely sets the limit positions, allowing for percentage-accurate control of the shade. This solution allows for convenient management of light and privacy in the home via an app or voice commands.
Smart Features Tailored to Everyday Needs
The device offers a range of automation features that enhance user comfort. An external light sensor enables automatic raising and lowering of shades depending on lighting conditions, while the ventilation position feature allows the shade to be stopped at a chosen point, providing airflow while maintaining privacy.
The ability to create scenes allows the motor to work with other devices – for example, automatically opening the shades in the event of smoke detection.
Safety and Reliability
The motor is equipped with a range of safety features, such as overload protection and an obstacle detection system that automatically stops the motor when resistance is encountered. In the event of a power failure, manual control is possible thanks to the motor disengagement mechanism.
Installation Requirements and Compatibility
The device supports tapes ranging from 3 to 6 meters in length (depending on thickness) and is compatible with aluminum shades with an area of up to 3 m² and plastic shades up to 6 m². Installation requires a hole spacing of 165 mm or 185 mm and an installation space of approximately 136 x 131.5 x 61 mm.
