PGY Complete RetroVa Set for Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max

The complete PGY RetroVa set for iPhone 17 Pro Max is a photography kit that expands the capabilities of the iPhone 17 Pro Max with additional features and accessories.

It includes a grip with buttons and dials, a 2.35× telephoto lens, and practical cases and accessories for mounting and carrying.

Advanced grip with buttons

The PGYTECH RetroVa grip is equipped with a zoom lever, control dial, multifunction button, and shutter release. Half-pressing the shutter allows you to set focus, full press takes a photo, and holding it longer activates burst shooting. The dial allows adjustment of ISO, exposure, and white balance, while the lever controls zoom and focal length switching. The grip connects to the iPhone via Bluetooth and has a 300 mAh battery providing about 48 hours of remote control operation.

2.35× telephoto lens for distance photography

The kit includes a 2.35× telephoto lens, which gives an equivalent focal length of 235 mm on the iPhone 17 Pro Max with 4× optical zoom. The lens has a design of 13 elements in 3 groups and glass with very low dispersion and high refractive index, which reduces aberrations and maintains image detail. The minimum focusing distance is 8 m, and the lens weighs about 227 g.

MicroSD card recording and PGYTECH app

The grip has a built-in microSD slot that allows you to save photos and videos outside the iPhone’s memory. It supports UHS-I and UHS-II cards, including microSDXC and microSDHC, with a maximum transfer speed of up to 312 MB/s. The recording includes RAW photos and ProRes and HEVC video formats. The PGYTECH Pro Imaging app offers retro filters, manual mode, and adjustments for parameters such as ISO, exposure time, and white balance.

MagSafe case and tripod mount

The kit includes a case tailored for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, made of polycarbonate, which supports MagSafe and does not interfere with wireless charging. The grip has a 1/4" thread at the base, and the tripod collar is compatible with the Arca-Swiss standard, making it easy to mount on a tripod. Additionally, the set includes a camera strap with an adjustable length of 820-1360 mm and a load capacity of up to 20 kg, allowing you to carry the phone around your neck or over your shoulder.
