The adhesive layer ensures a strong grip while also allowing for multiple removals and reattachments of the Popsockets holder. This way, you can easily change the position of the PopGrip or transfer it to a new case or new phone. To change the look of your phone, you can swap out the disc pattern without needing to replace the entire holder. The top part - PopTop, can be easily detached from the adhesive base. Just press the disc, twist it about 90 degrees to the right until it clicks, and then attach a new PopTop.
