Do Oppo Find X9 Pro cases fit the Find X9 Ultra?

No. The Find X9 Ultra has larger body dimensions, a different Hasselblad camera module layout and a slightly different button placement than the Find X9 Pro. A Pro case usually won't line up with the Ultra's camera cutouts. Pick accessories dedicated to the Ultra variant.

Does the Find X9 Ultra work with iPhone MagSafe chargers?

MagSafe chargers won't physically stick without magnets — the Find X9 Ultra doesn't have them out of the box. After fitting a case with a magnetic ring or a self-adhesive ring, MagSafe chargers work at Qi speed (up to 15W), but the 100W SuperVOOC rate is only reachable over the Oppo cable.
