The aluminum back with Glyph Matrix is this model's signature — that's why transparent cases that don't block the light effects are most popular. Available types:

• Hybrid — transparent polycarbonate back + flexible frame, better corner protection
• Armored — reinforced corners, MIL-STD-810H, but may partially obscure LEDs

6.83-inch screen protection

Gorilla Glass 7i provides basic scratch resistance but doesn't protect against cracking on drops. 9H tempered glass or hydrogel films add an extra safety layer. When choosing glass, check compatibility with the in-display fingerprint reader and that it doesn't cover the front camera.

Compatibility with Phone (4a)

The Nothing Phone (4a) Pro has a 6.83-inch screen and aluminum body — dimensions differ from the standard Nothing Phone (4a). Cases and glass are not interchangeable. Nothing smartphones also aren't compatible with accessories for Phone (3) or Phone (3a) — each model requires dedicated accessories.
