Choosing a cycling helmet — size and type

Choose a cycling helmet by measuring your head circumference (cm) and comparing it with the manufacturer's size chart. For urban and trekking riding, a recreational helmet with a visor is sufficient. For MTB and downhill, opt for a model with greater occipital coverage or a full-face helmet.
