Travel adapters — charging abroad

Electrical outlet standards vary by country: Type C/E/F in Europe, Type G in the UK, Type A/B in the US and Japan, Type I in Australia. A travel adapter allows you to plug a European charger into a foreign outlet — or the other way around. Universal models support all major standards in a single housing.

Adapter types in our range

  • EU to UK adapter — for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, Singapore
  • EU to US adapter — for the USA, Canada, Japan, Mexico
  • Universal adapter — one plug with interchangeable prongs for over 150 countries
  • Adapter with USB-C/USB-A — combines an adapter with a charger, allowing you to charge your phone directly from a foreign outlet

What to keep in mind

An adapter changes the plug shape but does not convert voltage. Most modern chargers (Baseus, Ugreen) have a 100-240V power supply, so they work worldwide — a mechanical adapter is all you need. Older devices with a 220V power supply may require a voltage transformer in countries with 110V networks (US, Japan).

FAQ

Do I need an adapter for the UK?

Yes — UK outlets (Type G) have three rectangular prongs and do not fit European plugs. An EU to UK adapter solves the problem.

Can a universal adapter replace a charger?

No — an adapter only changes the plug shape. To charge your phone, you need a separate charger (or an adapter with built-in USB ports).
