1. The charger is not charging my device. What is the cause of this?
A. Make sure your device is charged via a USB port with an input current of 0-2 A, and an output voltage of 5 V.
B. Check that the power cord is plugged into the wall outlet and the charger.
2. How do I check the input current and voltage of my device?
Check the manual of your device, the original OEM charging adapter or contact the manufacturer to confirm this information.
3. My device charges with a charging current of 1 A, will a charger with a charging current of 2 A damage my device?
No. The charger provides only the maximum charging current allowed by the device (up to 2 A).
4. Will my device charge at maximum speed with fast charging?
Fast charging is only possible with devices that have this feature. Check your smartphone's manual to see if your device can be charged this way.
5. If my device is not compatible with fast charging (such as QC3.0), can I use the QC3.0 port for charging?
With Power 3S technology and QC3.0 identification, you have the ability to charge your device through the QC3.0 port, just like a universal charger with 5V/2A output. The same applies to devices with fast charging function.
