Something is lost? Turn on the Nearby Search function, and there use the "Find with Camera" option. If you still can't find the device, SmartTag2 will issue an audio alert using the Ring Your Tag function.
* For Galaxy SmartTag2, you are required to log in to your account Samsung and registering with SmartThings Find. The Compass View feature requires Galaxy smartphones with ultra-wideband (UWB) support and Android 11 or later. Find in Lost Device Mode.
Point the way back. When the Lost Device mode is enabled, the NFC (Near Field Communication) Galaxy SmartTag2 displays the contact information and message on the finder's smartphone, regardless of the operating system.
*The contact information and message must be pre-registered in the SmartThings app to be displayed on the finder's device in Lost mode. The finder's device must support NFC reading and have an internet connection to display the pre-registered contact information after tagging.
