Which devices does the HARDY® MagCharger work with?
MagSafe charging is compatible with all Iphones from 12 series upwards, while HARDY® MagCharger also supports the Qi charging standard so it will successfully charge any device that has Qi wireless charging.
How is the HARDY® MagCharger powered?
HARDY® MagCharger is powered using the included USB-C Cable, which will draw power from either the cigarette lighter socket or the built-in USB port in the car (cigarette lighter socket charger is not included).
Why isn't my phone charging?
Check that the back surface of the phone is not covered with metal materials, such as tin, ring, metal or too thick protective casing. The HARDY® MagCharger has adequate safety features, and it is possible that if it detects foreign metal elements near the magnetic charging surface, it will simply cut off the current to protect the device.
When charging the phone, the charger as well as the phone gets hot, is this normal?
The heating up of inductive chargers-while charging other devices-is nothing to worry about, because the production of a magnetic field and consequently energy generates a lot of heat, which heats up the battery and the charger itself in the process.
Is inductive charging safe for the battery?

If I don't have MagSafe technology on my phone, will I charge another phone with this charger?
Yes, provided it supports Qi wireless charging. In the set you will find a magnetic ring, which, when glued to the phone case, makes it possible to successfully use this holder with another phone.
